Bracelets

How do I know what size to request for my Native Moon bracelet?

Use a tape measure (linen or cloth tape measure is best) and wrap it over your wrist. If you don't know how to translate the measurement, take a picture, marking the point where the tape measurer overlaps, and send it to ntvmoon@gmail.com. Keep in mind that sizing is an approximation. There may be some variation in fit due to muscle size or bone structure. Also, it may help to note that the average wrist size is about 7 inches in diameter.


 How should my Native Moon bracelet fit?

The fit of your Native Moon bracelet is in many ways subjective to the wearer. Some like their bracelets to hang freely, while others prefer it firmly wrapped around the wrist. Take this into consideration when placing your order, and let us know if there is any adjustment you would like made to ensure you receive the perfect fit for YOU.

What type of stones do you use to make your bracelets?

All Native Moon bracelets are made with 6mm - 14mm grade A and above stones. This means we only use high quality graded stones. Every bead is handpicked, and every bracelet is handcrafted.

What do I do if my bracelet string breaks?

First, don’t panic. Native Moon bracelets are made to last you many moons, but that doesn’t mean that accidents won’t happen. If your bracelet string breaks, just send back all of the stones along with the damaged string, and we will gladly re-string your stones to their original design. We only ask that you cover the shipping fees.

Note: Does not apply to elastic bracelets.
 

How long will it take to receive my Native Moon bracelet?

Upon receipt of your order, your Native Moon bracelet will be crafted and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times range from 5-10 business days depending on destination.

How can I get my bracelet featured on the Native Moon Instagram page? 

We LOVE to hear back from our Native Moon wearers! If you would like to be featured on our Instagram page, just take a few pictures of your Native Moon bracelet, and email us at ntvmoon@gmail.com, or tag us on Instagram at @nativemoonbrand and hashtag it with #nativemoon and #truenature.

Does Native Moon donate to charities?

We donate 20% of the proceeds to the homeless, local animal shelters, and other charities. This will ALWAYS happen.

When can i expect my delivery?

Average expected delivery is 4-7 days.

Are there sizing charts for NM clothing?

Yes. All clothing has a sizing chart in their product descriptions. Click "Read more".

What’s your return policy?

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges, as 20% of each sale goes towards helping those in need, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Info@nativemoonbrand.com! If we were to accept a return or exchange, customer would be responsible for any shipping fees.   

Do you offer refunds?

Full refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Info@nativemoonbrand.com with the order number, photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll for sure sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, due to covid 19, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at Info@nativemoonbrand.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
